How we work

A fixed sequence from task to deployed, supported infrastructure.

STEP 1

Describe the task

How it was handled previously, how it's handled now, and how the solution is seen. We need resource utilisation, software in use, user count, and constraints — and can help collect this information if required.

STEP 2

Recommend a solution

Based on real workload, we discuss hardware and software and account for scaling. The goal is to solve the task properly — not to sell unnecessary services.

STEP 3

Assemble and install

We rely on our warehouse in Kuching; if equipment isn't in stock, we procure it. Hardware is assembled with current firmware and installed in Irix, or shipped. Storage systems are initialised; private cloud kits are preconfigured.

STEP 4

Support

Through a ticketing system and a dedicated account manager, at a competence close to vendor level — for HPE Primera, Synergy interconnect modules, iLO, and other platforms.
